About The Position

Requirements

  • Proficiency in computer skills and ability to process information timely.

  • Certification in office management or related fields.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Executive Director with various administrative tasks and duties as assigned.
  • Transcribe dictations and minutes from meetings.
  • Provide general assistance to relieve administrators of routine tasks.
  • Coordinate and administer human resource systems, including orientation for new employees.
  • Perform routine office work and manage correspondence.
