Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance to the vice president of Total Rewards and HR Systems and the leadership team.
• Coordinate routine matters, meetings, and travel for leadership with minimal direction.
• Demonstrate the company's core values in all interactions and tasks.
• Compose general correspondence and manage communication effectively.
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Maintain the department filing system and manage travel and in/out calendars.
• Assist in the coordination of company activities and provide support to other executive assistants.
• Facilitate contact between divisions, senior executives, and external partners.
• Ensure accurate processing and dissemination of communications to the executive and staff.
