The Esthetician is a licensed beauty professional that consults with clients to assess beauty needs and provide appropriate skin care and hair removal services.

Requirements

• Results-oriented with the ability to solve problems and make smart decisions that drive sales and customer service.
• Ownership of customer service and accountability for actions and outcomes.
• Intensity in proactively improving the customer experience and acting with energy and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Engages with clients to build trust and comfort, leading to great service.
• Provides skin care treatments including facials, extractions, and other non-invasive skin treatments.
• Provides hair removal services to address unwanted hairs and enhance client confidence.
• Participates in operations by maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in the treatment area.
• Builds your business by identifying and attracting new clients.
