This is a hybrid role that will be onsite 2-3 days/week at our Shadeland Ave office. There will be occasional site travel across the state and hours will be 8AM-5PM M-F with intermittent after hours work. Leads and ensures the successful implementation of the Epic Electronic Health Record (EHR) system by managing all aspects of end-user device readiness. Responsible for managing the inventory, gap analysis, procurement, deployment, testing, cutover, and go-live support for all end-user devices. Acts as a liaison between technical and application teams, ensuring devices align with Epic workflows and meet implementation timelines. Owns the end-user device project, ensuring all technical tasks are completed to meet implementation timelines. Develops and manages project schedules, trackers, and communication plans for device-related activities across the enterprise. Coordinates with application project managers to identify any additional hardware needs for testing and production environments. Conducts comprehensive hardware inventory and assessments for all go-live locations. Performs gap analysis to identify discrepancies between current and required device configurations based on Epic workflows. Oversees the procurement, configuration, and deployment of end-user devices, including workstations, printers, mobile carts, and peripherals. Manages Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Epic Rover strategies to ensure device integration with clinical workflows. Coordinates technical dress rehearsals (TDRs) to test end-user devices, track issues, and ensure resolution prior to go-live. Schedules and coordinates site visits to assess hardware needs and ensure device readiness for go-live. Provides on-site and remote support during cutover and go-live periods to address device-related issues promptly.
