About The Position

Reid Middleton, Inc. is seeking a highly qualified and motivated Entry Level Structural Engineer to join their Everett, WA office. This position focuses on engineering for waterfront and marine facilities, involving a variety of unique shoreline and in-water infrastructure projects for public and private clients. The role emphasizes collaboration within a team of engineers and drafters, as well as independent problem-solving to deliver innovative solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field (Structural/Ocean/Coastal Engineering).
• On track to obtain EIT with an interest in obtaining a PE license.
• Experience with structural analyses and design software such as Enercalc, Risa-3D, SAP, etc.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MathCAD software, and Microsoft Office software.
• Design experience in site civil design, drainage, and structural design in steel, timber, and concrete.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree (preferred).
• Advanced studies in marine/coastal or structural engineering.

Responsibilities

• Work on a variety of shoreline and in-water infrastructure projects.
