About The Position

The Enterprise Maintenance Management Specialist Senior - CMMS at AdventHealth Corporate is responsible for completing Supply Chain and Maintenance related activities, including data conversion, functional specifications, program software system quality testing, and support within all projects. This role supports the integrity, effectiveness, and efficiency of services related to the Supply Chain and Maintenance Modules. The Senior Analyst will handle support tickets, perform testing, and collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. The position requires attention to detail, effective communication, and the ability to function in a fluid environment to meet changing project demands.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required or 10-15 years combined healthcare experience related to Supply Chain or Maintenance Management.
• 2-4 years project/process design or improvement analysis experience.
• Advanced system/application/data troubleshooting skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).

Nice To Haves

• Experience related to Supply Chain in Healthcare.
• Prior training experience.
• Prior experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Software).
• Strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support Supply Chain / Maintenance application(s) and optimize system effectiveness.
• Participate in facility requirements gathering sessions to document objectives and gaps.
• Contribute ideas and system knowledge to increase team/project effectiveness.
• Build a communication plan for effective stakeholder involvement.
• Act as a resource/liaison to internal and external stakeholders.
• Research and understand software changes affecting work streams.
• Develop test scripts and document updates for testing.
• Perform hands-on testing and recommend changes to enhance test scripts.
• Document findings and share lessons learned with workstreams.
• Provide off-hours support based on project activities.
