Engineering Leader, Distributed Systems

We are seeking a distributed systems engineering leader to join our team at Hightouch. In this role, you will be responsible for working on the systems that power our syncing engine, enabling us to move massive amounts of customer data. As an engineering leader, you will play a crucial role in product development, improving the pace of execution, recruiting high-impact team members, enhancing reliability, and fostering the growth and engagement of team members. • Lead the team in roadmapping and executing successful development of significant features and products
• Uphold a high technical bar while making pragmatic tradeoffs
