About The Position

The ELINT SME Analytic Facilitator at Quick Services LLC is responsible for providing Modeling and Simulation expertise to support advanced Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) testing, tactics development, and training integration at Nellis AFB, NV. The role involves conducting research, developing synthetic scenarios, and providing analytical tradecraft focused on radar capabilities to support U.S. Air Force and coalition training efforts.

Requirements

• Extensive knowledge in radar theory and current adversary/blue force radar parameters and associated weapons platforms.
• Must have a current Top Secret SCI Security Clearance.
• Knowledge of intelligence collection processes.
• Knowledge of SIGINT, ELINT and radar collection capabilities.
• Strong verbal, writing, and briefing skills.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with problem-centric ISR and/or Analysis and Exploitations Teams.
• Experience with structured analytic techniques (SATs).
• Experience in joint military exercises and/or experience working in an AOR, IC agency, or intelligence operations center.
• EUCOM AOR experience.
• Fundamental understanding of OPLANS.

Responsibilities

• Utilize all source research data to design, develop, deliver, and tailor synthetic scenarios based on customer training objectives and system requirements.
• Research, analyze, and assess intelligence related data to incorporate into future scenario designs and maintain realism.
• Participate in small force/large force exercises.
• Maintain up-to-date order of battle and situational awareness of adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures.
• Liaison/coordinate with flight leadership and customer to meet requests and reoccurring deadlines.
• Maintain baseline knowledge of US DOD doctrine and operational plans (OPLAN).
• Brainstorm with team members to create realistic scenario-based training for ACC training audiences.
• Integrate PAI data in applicable tasks and objectives.
• Assist with briefing scenario projects to flight, squadron leadership, and DVs on a periodic basis.
• Research, analyze, and assess SIGINT/ELINT related data to incorporate into future scenario designs.
