Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; vocational training or equivalent experience preferred.
• 5+ years of soldering and assembly experience, particularly with RF and pushbutton switches.
• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience in quality management with supervisory experience.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or mechanical drawings.
• Basic knowledge of electronic components and ability to build electronic assemblies.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with RF switches is highly preferred.
• Experience with pushbutton switches is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform light electronic and/or electromechanical assembly work for radiofrequency switches, pushbutton switches, and similar assemblies.
• Assemble various detail parts into semi-complex assemblies using different assembly techniques.
• Interpret instructions to mix various epoxies and paints for marking/bonding.
• Work with assembly equipment such as arbor presses, pneumatic presses, and ultrasonic welders.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, detailed drawings, and standard work instructions (SWIs).
• Make minor procedural decisions in soldering and fitting within established guidelines.
• Perform other assignments as required.
