About The Position
The Verge is seeking an Editorial Director to lead our audio and video teams and to oversee our flagship podcasts, The Vergecast and Decoder with Nilay Patel. This person will directly manage all aspects of day-to-day audio and video production for existing shows and work to pilot, develop, and produce future series. They should be a creative and ambitious leader who can make our programming sharper and better; and who can navigate a rapidly changing environment as distribution platforms, creative tools, and business models evolve.
