About The Position

We are looking for a versatile and dynamic individual to join our team as Content Marketing, thru all mediums including video, email and traditional. This role will involve both marketing and customer service responsibilities, requiring a keen understanding of both areas to provide exceptional service to our customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing and/or customer service roles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, light HTML
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Experience with CRM software a plus
  • Video and digital content and production competencies are mandatory as well as excellent writing skills

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new customers
  • Create engaging content both graphics, video, digital and written, for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and website updates
  • Assist with the organization and execution of marketing events and promotions
  • Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely and professional customer service via phone, email, and social media
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service experiences
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and recommend improvements to products or services
