About The Position

The eCommerce Internship at Glen Raven offers students the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the eCommerce sector while working at the company's headquarters. Interns will engage in various projects that enhance their understanding of online retail processes and contribute to the growth of the eCommerce platform.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Business (Marketing, Business Administration, Management, etc.), Technology, or a related field; completed at least 2 years of study at an accredited university.
• Proficient in software such as Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated and enjoys teamwork.
• Adaptable and eager to learn.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to the reorganization and improvement of the overall online category structure.
• Manage product information, including cleanup and optimization of product attribute values to enhance filtering and faceting.
• Map and optimize the customer journey.
• Assist in setting up email marketing automation flows and data reporting.
• Improve blog content and utilize blog posts for shareable content across the website and social media.
• Identify blog content for Designers/Workrooms.
• Support various projects and tasks to enhance the eCommerce platform and sales.
