About the position
The Campaign Manager at Pixability plays a central role in developing and executing YouTube and Connected TV campaigns for their customers. They act as a liaison between various teams within the company and are responsible for managing end-to-end campaign management services using Pixability's technology and the DV360 platform. The Campaign Manager will collaborate with client teams, report on progress, and make campaign recommendations. They should have a strong attention to detail, be able to optimize campaigns, and possess effective time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage YouTube and Connected TV video ad campaigns in DV360, including trafficking, pacing, optimization, and reporting.
- Maintain an understanding of all campaign objectives, inventory sources, targeting types, and ad formats available within the walled gardens and DSPs.
- Train and educate the AdOps team and key stakeholders on DV360 functionality, tools, features, and offerings.
- Document learnings and best practices for DV360 workflows related to YouTube and CTV initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Product team to develop internal tools that improve campaign execution via DV360.
- Communicate cross-functionally, test new technologies, and implement new initiatives.
- Use statistical analysis to enhance campaign performance, achieve client KPIs, measure performance, develop benchmarks, forecast delivery, and assist with billing needs.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during campaign management.
Requirements
- Experience in managing YouTube and Connected TV video ad campaigns in DV360, including trafficking, pacing, optimization, and reporting
- Familiarity with campaign objectives, inventory sources, targeting types, and ad formats within walled gardens and DSPs
- Ability to train and educate AdOps team and key stakeholders on DV360 functionality, tools, features, and offerings
- Knowledge of best practices and workflows for DV360, specifically for YouTube and CTV initiatives
- Collaboration with the Product team to develop internal tools for more effective and efficient campaign execution via DV360
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Proficiency in statistical analysis to improve campaign performance, maximize client KPIs, measure performance, develop benchmarks, forecast delivery, and assist with billing needs
- Troubleshooting skills to address any issues that may arise during campaign management.
