About The Position

The Analyst performs prospect research by identifying, evaluating and gathering information about potential donors. The analyst generates reports and performs donor analysis, and maintains the Foundation donor database. The Analyst plays a critical role in supporting the fundraising success of TidalHealth Foundation by managing donor data and providing analytical insights that guide the development team. This position ensures accurate and timely donor record management, oversees the gift intake and acknowledgment process, and supports strategic fundraising efforts through data-driven decision-making. Additionally, this role provides technical support to team members and creates and maintains customized reports, and financial data integration, to facilitate control over donor programs and ensure accurate information. The Analyst serves as the Foundation team's primary point of contact for database support and provides assistance with special events, donor recognition, direct mail and publications, and major/planned gifts.

Requirements

• Associates Degree in data analytics, business, nonprofit management, or related field is required.
• Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business, nonprofit management, or related field is preferred.
• Experience in prospect research, fundraising operations, or donor database management (Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, or similar CRM preferred).
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret donor data and provide strategic recommendations.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Non-profit/Philanthropy experience is preferred.
