About The Position

Champion Window is seeking an experienced business leader to join our team as a Division Manager. In this role, you will lead a Champion location and focus on achieving target profit margins while driving top line sales and revenue growth. You will ensure a positive customer experience through trust, quality, and commitment, while also fostering a great employee experience based on development, respect, accountability, and fun. The position emphasizes building strong relationships that support the overall business.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years management experience, sales/in-home experience in a business to consumer (B2C) environment required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Knowledge of financial documents and general accounting.
  • Experience managing Profit and Loss.
  • Computer software competencies including Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work standard retail hours including evenings and weekends.
  • Proven experience recruiting, developing, and managing high performance teams.
  • Ability to understand and execute marketing plan that aligns with company practice.
  • Ability to teach fiscal management and our business/sales model.
  • Ability to plan, develop, and coordinate multiple objectives and achieve objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic planning and execution to enhance sales growth, profitability, productivity, and efficiency throughout the company's operations.
  • Develop and lead management of your Champion location to ensure sales growth, targeted profit margins, great customer service, quality installation of products, and a culture focused on customer experience, trust, growth mindset, and high-performance teaming.
  • Collaborate with regional team and departments to ensure that the company's operation, talent, sales, and strategic priorities are aligned and delivering.
  • Act as role model, coach, and advocate for great customer and employee experiences.
  • Introduce and align on best practices and process improvement measures and ensure accountability and alignment with Champion Playbook corporate policies and government regulations.
  • Execute on forecasted marketing plans and sales strategies for growth and EBIDTA.
  • Communicate customer needs, price schedules, and discount rates with marketing and leadership to inform and influence strategies driving success.
  • Maintain knowledge and trends in the in-home sales industry.
