The Director is responsible for the overall day-to-day management and strategic leadership for all QSight team resources at customer locations across the country. This includes leading and developing the team in aspects of relationship and customer engagement expectations, collaborating and participating in customer business reviews, developing and monitoring key customer performance indicators, creating productivity metrics for on-site teams, establishing and maintaining standard operating procedures, and supporting local training needs.
