The Director of Revenue Management is an essential member of the Commercial Team which is dedicated to providing exceptional quality and service to our guests and employees. We are looking for individuals who possess a high level of attention to detail and a strong work ethic. The ability to multitask and prioritize is also essential for this position. With the Commercial Director, they coordinate group inventory and allocations and develop policies and procedures pertaining to revenue management. Additionally, the DORM will handle the following tasks: Control rooms and rate availability in accordance with established guidelines to maximize occupancy and revenue. Coordinate group inventory and allocations with the Director of Sales and/or Commercial Director, develop and implement policies and procedures pertaining to the revenue management of reservations function. Operate and manage Ideas G3/RevPlan, Opera & any required systems. Produce/Analyze the following reports and recommend/implement appropriate action to maximize revenue: Daily/Weekly Occupancy and revenue Forecasts, Monthly Market Segment Forecast, Booking Pace by Segment, Re Date Analysis, Rooms Inventory Report with Group Displacement, Arrival/Departure Patterns, RateView Reports, Rate Resistance/Turnaway Report, Suite Inventory Forecast, Price Testing, Month End Suite Analysis, Booking Source Analysis, Pivot Table Reports, Data Mining. Produce and publish a monthly analysis/report summarizing the month end reservations activity. Establish and/or manage the following: Published, Package and Negotiate Rate Strategy Tiers, Segment Ceilings based on historical and current demand, Rate/Yield Strategy Worksheet, Rate/Yield Strategy within PMS, Front Desk Upsell program, Front Desk Perfect Fill Program. Maintain favorable working relationships among employees to promote maximum morale, productivity and efficiency. Develop and mentor the Reservations Manager for future advancement. Display a high level of integrity and professionalism at all times in all dealings with guests and employees. Participate/Conduct/Attend scheduled departmental and Administrative meetings as requested; Yield, Forecast, Department, Pre-Con's, Board of Operations, Commercial Division, Owners Meetings, Budget Meetings and Annual Revenue Management Conferences. Respond according to the crisis management plan to any resort emergency or safety situation. Comply with Four Seasons standards for sales and marketing, while working harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and planning committee. Comply with Four Seasons Category One and Two Work Rules and standards of conduct as set forth in EmPact. Assist in the creation of the annual Marketing Plan and Annual Budget. Establish relationships with Revenue Directors in the city as well as in Four Seasons, as well identify potential candidates for future recruitment. Perform any tasks or projects as assigned by the Commercial Director. Successful candidates will be a willing team player, comfortable with electronic systems and willing to accept assignments on an as needed basis, in order to promote teamwork. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
