About The Position

The position involves developing and executing global marketing communications initiatives, which include creating sales collateral, organizing tradeshows, managing campaigns, enhancing social media presence, maintaining the company website, handling public relations, overseeing internal communication, managing regulatory communications, and coordinating corporate events. The role requires ensuring that all communication campaigns and programs are strategically aimed at achieving sales targets. Additionally, the position involves managing brand delivery and consistency across various industries and regions, collaborating closely with the CEO, business unit owners, business development, and sales teams, and developing effective relationships with key reporters and editors in health trade and media.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, marketing, or business related field
  • Minimum of 8 years experience in marketing communications/PR
  • Minimum of 3 years experience managing a marketing communications team
  • Strong business analytics, relationship management, strategy development, project management, problem solving, and change management skills.
  • Professional and positive approach, self-motivated, team player, dynamic, creative with the ability to work on own initiative.
  • Exercises a high degree of tact and diplomacy
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
