About the position
Yieldstreet is seeking a Marketing Director to oversee product marketing and strategy, go-to-market activities, and marketing campaign execution. The role involves developing effective marketing campaigns and programs to drive revenue and growth. The Marketing Director will collaborate with various teams within the marketing organization and the rest of the company. This position is based in the NYC office.
Responsibilities
- Support and manage go-to-market (GTM) strategy, planning and execution for new investment products & services
- Craft and articulate value propositions and messaging to inform marketing initiatives
- Collaborate, build and execute marketing campaigns to support business needs and increase customer wallet share
- Own core pages across the website, including homepage and marketplace and drive their evolution to improve customer conversion and investments
- Develop investor-facing marketing assets to support investment product messaging such as product videos, emails, website copy, and blog posts
- Drive strategy around product positioning for existing investment products and new product launches
- Partner cross-functionally to assess market needs and opportunities, validate with clients, define value propositions and marketing/industry positioning
- Train and support the internal teams to articulate product value and competitive advantage
- Track and analyze the performance of the product marketing team efforts against KPIs to optimize business outcomes and foster continual innovation
- Conduct comprehensive market research to understand investors, current market trends, the competitive landscape, and key investor insights
- Own the development of investor-facing marketing assets to support investment product messaging such as product videos, emails, website copy, and blog posts
- Determine product-market fit and deliver products to market
- Launch new products
- Lead and communicate cross-functionally with other departments
- Demonstrate strong organizational and analytical skills
- Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex concepts into clear and compelling messaging
- Plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously.
Requirements
- 8-12+ years of marketing experience, preferably with experience in product, campaign or brand strategy marketing with retail consumer focus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with determining product-market fit and delivering products to market
- Proven experience launching new products
- Ability to lead and communicate cross-functionally with other departments
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex concepts into clear and compelling messaging
- Strong ability to plan and execute on multiple projects simultaneously
