Director of Product Marketing

Forethought is seeking a talented and motivated Product Marketing Manager to join their team. As a subject matter expert on Forethought's platform and products, the successful candidate will have a deep understanding of AI, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing/Understanding. They will be responsible for leading cross-functional launch initiatives, maintaining a launch calendar, and facilitating company-wide communication and collaboration. Additionally, the Product Marketing Manager will work closely with the CEO to craft and champion clear, compelling messaging and positioning to support the brand, platform, and product lines.

Become a subject matter expert on Forethought’s platform and products, understanding the intricacies of AI, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing/Understanding.

Stay abreast of AI trends and their implications on customer support and experience.

Lead cross-functional launch initiatives, maintain launch calendar, facilitate upfront scoping, company-wide communication, and collaboration.

Collaborate with the CEO to weave the Forethought vision into a distinctive strategic narrative.

Craft and champion clear, compelling, validated messaging/positioning to support the brand, platform, and product lines.

Apply insights on segmentation and TAM analysis for GTM improvement and prioritization.

• Stay updated on AI trends and their impact on customer support and experience
• Lead cross-functional product launches, including scoping, communication, and collaboration
• Collaborate with the CEO to develop a strategic narrative and messaging for the brand, platform, and product lines
• Utilize market segmentation and TAM analysis for GTM improvement and prioritization
• Maintain an engaging brand presence across various media channels
• Support sales teams with case studies, competitive intelligence, pitch decks, and partner enablement content
• Collaborate with pre-sales engineering team to create impactful product demos
• Work with content team and subject matter experts to develop high-quality materials for awareness, engagement, and product adoption
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on marketing strategy and execution
