About the position
Snapdocs is seeking an experienced Director of Product to lead their team and shape the strategic direction of their product offerings. The Director of Product will be responsible for driving innovation, executing the product roadmap, and leading a team of product managers and designers. They should have a strong technical understanding, be customer-centric, and have experience in B2B SaaS companies. The ideal candidate should also have mortgage, banking, or fintech experience and possess strong project management skills. The salary range for this role varies depending on location.
Responsibilities
- Shape the strategic direction of the product offerings

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in a Director-level role
- 3+ years of experience managing a product team at B2B SaaS companies, preferably in a start-up or pre-IPO environment
- Experience in the mortgage, banking, or fintech industry is a plus
- Strong technical understanding and technical acumen
- Ability to engage with engineering counterparts in a collaborative and productive manner
- Ability to quickly absorb technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience
- Go-getter mentality and problem-solving skills
- Deep customer empathy and curiosity
- Knowledge of gathering and synthesizing customer needs
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
