Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Extensive experience in a senior financial leadership role, preferably within the industry sector.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
• In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
• Experience with capital approval processes and competitive intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Ensure end-to-end alignment across the finance organization, fostering collaboration and consistency in financial processes and strategies.
• Oversee the capital approval process, ensuring that investments align with the company's strategic goals and deliver optimal returns.
• Conduct competitive intelligence to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats, providing actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Lead and manage special projects that support the company's strategic initiatives, ensuring timely and successful execution.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement financial strategies that support the company's growth objectives.
• Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
