About The Position

Join our team and grow with us both professionally and personally! Spring House Estates is currently seeking qualified candidates for our Director of Environmental Services position. Our beautiful, gated community is located in Lower Gwynedd, PA (just off the Route 309 Spring House exit). In this role, you will assume full responsibility for department performance and maintain a high-quality standard of housekeeping and laundry services. Establishes work schedules for all required areas and continuously monitors assignments to ensure quality. Monitors and maintains the control of supply distribution and inventory levels. Inspects equipment to ensure proper and safe working condition.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years' relevant experience.
• Prior management experience.
