About the position
The job overview for the Senior Marketing Manager role at Overjet is to oversee all marketing demand generation and conversion activities. This includes leading the strategy and execution of paid media presence across various channels, managing the website and optimizing it for SEO, actively managing the marketing budget, forecasting the number of clinic leads based on investment levels, managing partnerships and channels, collaborating cross-functionally, and providing measurement and reporting on paid marketing investments. The ideal candidate should have experience in acquisition or performance marketing, B2B demand generation, paid social, and SEO, as well as strong project management and organization skills.
Responsibilities
- Leading the development of Overjet’s marketing acquisition / conversion plans and managing their tactical delivery, including measurement and results tracking.
- Leading the strategy and execution of Overjet’s paid media presence across all channels, including search, programmatic, social, direct mail, and print media.
- Owning the website and all key site flows, landing pages, and lead forms that drive leads towards conversion. Optimizing the site for SEO.
- Outlining and actively managing the budget supporting all “working” marketing investments.
- Partnering with sales and finance to develop a forecast on the number of clinic leads we should expect based on our investment levels and then being accountable for that number.
- Working with advertising partners to optimize our spend, negotiate pricing, and monitor / optimize the performance of various marketing assets.
- Partnering with engineering (internally or externally) to optimize our website; partnering with sales to ensure strong alignment on targeting strategy.
- Partnering with analytics and sharing out the results of all paid marketing investments to the C-suite in partnership with the VP of Marketing.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in acquisition or performance marketing
- 3+ years of experience in B2B demand generation
- Strong experience in paid social and SEO
- Strong project management and organization skills with the ability to independently manage multiple initiatives at once
- Entrepreneurial spirit with an ability to build Overjet’s marketing acquisition strategy in an ambitious, high-growth start-up environment
