About the position
LearnUpon is seeking a Director of Corporate Marketing to join their team in Dublin. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing programs that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement. The Director of Corporate Marketing will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing the corporate marketing strategy, focusing on brand positioning, compelling campaigns, thought leadership, and effective communications. They will also lead a high-performing team and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have extensive corporate/brand marketing experience, management skills, and a passion for storytelling and creating impactful content.
- Manage a high-performing team, including hiring, training, mentoring, and providing ongoing feedback and development opportunities.
- Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and executive team to define the content & brand marketing strategy and roadmap.
- Review and define brand messaging & positioning in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Develop and launch strategic brand campaigns that drive awareness and engagement with key market segments.
- Lead and execute a content strategy - campaign ideation, development, review, launch & promotion.
- Conduct periodic content audits for all website and content assets and perform gap analyses.
- Manage corporate communications across various channels, including public relations, executive thought leadership, and social media.
- Lead the PR strategy, including media relations, press releases, speaking engagements, and industry awards.
- Drive digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
- Develop metrics and reporting systems to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Own and manage requirements definition, selection, and implementation of content-related technologies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives.
- 7+ years of corporate/brand marketing experience, preferably in B2B tech
- 5+ years of management experience with strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Ability to develop and launch strategic brand campaigns that drive awareness and engagement
- Experience in content marketing, including campaign ideation, development, review, launch, and promotion
- Knowledge of conducting content audits and performing gap analyses to align content and SEO strategies
- Proficiency in managing corporate communications, including public relations, executive thought leadership, and social media
- Strong digital marketing skills, including website optimization, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and online advertising
- Ability to develop metrics and reporting systems to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
- Experience in selecting and implementing content-related technologies, such as AI tools
- Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work with internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives
