About The Position

Brook Health is a digital health company that extends health-care-management beyond the walls of doctors’ offices and into people’s homes. The company provides personalized support for individuals living with chronic conditions through a smartphone app that offers AI tools, data collection via connected devices, and real-time access to health coaches. Brook also offers a CDC-approved preventative program for those at high risk for diabetes and provides SaaS tools for primary care providers for continuous remote monitoring. The company aims to change the approach to chronic condition care management using technology to improve health outcomes. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Director of Clinical Services to oversee all remote clinical services, ensuring the highest standards of patient care. This role will supervise Nursing Care Delivery and Tele-Nutrition teams and report directly to the Chief Nursing Officer.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of clinical experience.
• At least 3 years of leadership or management experience.
• Experience with remote care and Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) codes associated with remote care delivery/services.
• Firm understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements for clinical services associated with remote care delivery.
• Unrestricted Registered Nursing License in Massachusetts, New York, or Connecticut.
• Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or other health-related field required, Masters preferred.
• Willingness to obtain additional state licensure as required throughout employment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all remote clinical services, including Nursing Care Delivery and Tele-Nutrition.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures.
• Lead and mentor clinical teams to achieve excellence in patient care.
• Collaborate with the Chief Nursing Officer and other senior leadership to align clinical services with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with Director of Program Development and Director of Quality and education to ensure effective care team development and program delivery.
• Collaborate with product and engineering to meet the needs of the care team in planning and strategic development.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of clinical services and implement improvements as needed.
• Stay current with industry trends and advancements in remote healthcare delivery.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
