About The Position

The Director of Opportunity and Development is responsible for directing organizational development and training needs, including leadership development, diversity and inclusion, internship coordination, success planning, performance management and employee engagement. This position supervises the Learning Management System and supporting personnel.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in Training and Development or Master's Degree with a minimum of five (5) years of experience in Training and Development.
• Seven (7) years of experience in a management capacity that includes staff supervision.
• Five (5) years of experience in coaching performance.
• Demonstrated experience in leading teams and high involvement problem solving.
• Teaching or instructional design experience.
• Five (5) years of experience in training facilitation.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Direct organizational development and training needs.
• Oversee leadership development initiatives.
• Manage diversity and inclusion programs.
• Coordinate internship programs.
• Implement success planning and performance management strategies.
• Enhance employee engagement.
• Supervise the Learning Management System and supporting personnel.
