About The Position
The Director of Enterprise Data Retention and Governance will play a critical role in safeguarding our organization's valuable data assets. This role is essential to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, mitigate risks, and optimize data storage costs. The Director of Data Retention and Governance is responsible for leading Insmed's enterprise-wide data retention and governance initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure data is managed, retained, and protected in compliance with local, regional and regulatory requirements. This role will oversee the development and implementation of policies, procedures, and technologies to ensure proper management of Insmed's data assets across all business functions. The candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to establish and maintain a robust data retention and governance framework that aligns with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
