About The Position
The Yield Manager is responsible for maximizing the revenue potential of our digital advertising assets, specifically through programmatic and direct media sales channels. This role focuses on optimizing ad inventory performance, balancing supply and demand, and ensuring the most efficient monetization of retail media platforms. Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office locations include Salisbury, NC, Chicago, IL, Quincy, MA, Carlisle, PA, and Scarborough, ME. Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
