About the position
Eurowings Digital is seeking a Digital Analyst (Reporting & Insights) to deliver actionable insights and data products to improve the organization's performance. The role involves collecting business requirements, designing customized solutions, troubleshooting analytics tagging issues, and delivering digital analytics insights to key stakeholders. The ideal candidate should have 3-5 years of experience in digital analytics, strong Adobe Analytics skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with both IT and business stakeholders. Responsibilities
- Collect and document business requirements, key performance indicators, and other functional and/or technical requirements
- Deliver digital analytics insights to key stakeholders through Analysis Workspace dashboards or presentations
- Design customized solutions and implement technical tags
- Aggregate information for presentation to senior business stakeholders
- Troubleshoot analytics tagging issues using debugging tools
- Ensure quality control and oversight of reporting output
- Proactively engage with stakeholders by providing digital insights and assisting with strategy recommendations
- Develop and support the creation of digital performance dashboards
- Support the implementation of A/B tests and personalized use cases
- Mentor other Digital Analysts in the organization
- Have 3-5 years of experience in digital analytics, preferably in e-commerce or the travel/hospitality industry
- Possess strong Adobe Analytics skills, particularly in Analysis Workspace
- Have experience with A/B testing, JavaScript, Tag Management Systems, and tracking debugging
- Be skilled at developing insights and presentations with analytics data
- Be comfortable presenting to senior-level audiences
- Be competent in using a Tag Management System and familiar with the Data Layer concept
- Be able to effectively communicate and collaborate with IT and business stakeholders
- Have experience managing and delivering analytics projects
- Have a willingness and ability to learn on the job
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience working in the digital analytics space for web platforms, ideally in an e-commerce environment or in the travel/hospitality industry
- Strong Adobe Analytics skills with in-depth knowledge of Analysis Workspace
- A/B Testing, JavaScript, Tag Management System (TMS), or Tracking Debugging Experience
- Strong skills at developing insights and presentations with analytics data
- Comfortable presenting to a senior-level audience
- Competent in using a TMS and familiar with the Data Layer concept
- Able to effectively communicate and collaborate with both IT and business stakeholders
- Experienced in managing and delivering analytics projects
- Appetite and ability to learn on the job as required
