About the position
As a Digital Advertising Account Manager at Healthgrades, you will be responsible for delivering superior digital marketing solutions to agency and brand clients. Acting as the main point of contact, you will ensure the successful implementation of campaigns, communicate and document client requirements, and collaborate with internal teams to monitor campaign performance. Additionally, you will serve as a liaison to third-party vendors and lead efforts to navigate customer Medical Legal Review requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience in digital media, possess project management skills, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for campaign implementation, analytics, and general needs of clients
- Communicate, document, and ensure the delivery of all campaign requirements and special needs defined by each client
- Process and execute new and revised advertiser insertion orders and vendor Statement of Work (SOWs)
- Monitor campaign performance and pacing, seeking ways to maximize revenue for the company
- Troubleshoot any campaign/implementation issues
- Liaise with 3rd party tag and rich media vendors, ad verification vendors, and market research vendors
- Efficiently navigate customer Medical Legal Review (MLR) requirements for Healthcare Professional (HCP) programs
- Create client-facing materials such as project timelines, asset checklists, and screenshot presentations
- Set and manage expectations with customers and internal stakeholders as a campaign project manager
- Serve as a subject matter expert for ad product offerings, ad tagging concepts, and reporting capabilities
- Manage the timely launches of advertiser partnerships, including quality assurance (QA) checks
- Provide client-facing experience and excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
- Possess a customer service background and project management-oriented organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
- Demonstrate creative analytical and problem-solving skills
- Prioritize workload and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Client-facing experience
- At least 3 years of experience in a digital advertising environment
- Exposure to Digital Ad Operations, including a basic understanding of digital media math (i.e. CPM calculations, Pacing, etc.)
- Customer service background
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Project management-oriented organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
- Creative analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
