Development Lead - UI/UX

As a Development Lead at Syndigo, you will play a crucial role in our creative and agile product development team. Your main responsibility will be to lead and collaborate with the team in developing user-facing features. • Lead the engineering team by defining the scope of work and driving day-to-day activities in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• Use suitable JavaScript tools and libraries to contribute to all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Cooperate with stakeholders and the product team to understand and document software requirements and ensure application UI meets functional requirements.
• Work with the UI/UX team and designers to develop dynamic and customized solutions for individual enterprise customers.
• Have a bachelor's/master's degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Have 7+ years of software development experience.
• Have proven experience in leading a software development team at a product company and the ability to take product requirements and develop.
• Have experience in web development frameworks, advanced Object-Oriented JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3, Sass/Less, flex layouts, and web-based design concepts.

• Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 7+ years of software development experience
• Proven experience in leading a software development team at a product company
• Experience in web development framework, advanced Object-Oriented JavaScript, HTML5/CSS3, Sass/Less, flex layouts, web-based design concepts (view controllers, view routings, data caching, rendering patterns, lazy loading, components, etc.)
