This position provides administrative support for the Sr. Director and assistance to the Development Team as needed. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the fundraising and development activities of the ministry operations in Alabama. In addition to clerical work, record keeping and scheduling, this position is responsible for duties such as tracking data in CRM's, updating database information, pulling reports, ordering supplies, donor mailings, organizing receipts, scheduling travel and meetings and working on special projects for the team as needed. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize and organize a diversified workload.
