Responsibilities
- Manage demand generation programs for the ANZ region
- Generate marketing qualified accounts (MQAs) that convert into SDR meetings, pipeline, and bookings
- Execute digital-first marketing strategies to scale volume of MQAs and generate revenue
- Secure and strengthen GoCardless' position in the payments landscape in ANZ
- Present a clear understanding of the local market's needs and challenges
- Execute an ABM plan of demand generation and acceleration programs aligned to target account lists
- Customize global campaigns to fit regional needs and drive demand through various channels
- Track and analyze campaign activity, results, and impact on sales pipeline and revenue
- Support and collaborate with SDRs to drive SDR meetings and build pipelines
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and teams to ensure plan is relevant and consistent with brand guidelines
- Have a well-rounded B2B, Tech/SaaS related marketing background
- Manage multi-channel account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting mid to enterprise-sized prospects
- Have an excellent understanding of marketing trends and tools/tech stack
- Be a highly motivated 'self-starter' focused on delivering results
- Have an analytical mindset and be detail-oriented
- Work with ABM, CRM marketing, and performance measurement platforms
- Have strong communication, presentation, and written skills
- Take a hypothesis and data-driven approach to managing and identifying new demand programs
Requirements
- Well rounded B2B, Tech/SaaS related marketing background, fintech experience would be highly desirable.
- Experienced in managing multi-channel account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting mid to enterprise sized prospects.
- Excellent understanding of marketing trends and tools/ tech stack- webinars, email automation etc.
- Highly motivated 'self-starter' that cares about delivering results.
- Analytical mindset, autonomous, detail-oriented, and passionate about working with sales & global marketing teams.
- Experience working with ABM, CRM marketing & performance measurement platforms (e.g. Demandbase, Salesforce, Pardot, PathFactory, ON24, Google Analytics, Looker).
- Strong communication, presentation and written skills; ability to interact with virtual teams.
- Hypothesis and data-driven approach to managing and identifying new demand programs that deliver results.
