About the position
We are seeking an experienced Demand Generation Manager to join our marketing team at Pave. In this role, you will be responsible for driving qualified sales pipeline and scaling our demand generation efforts. You will develop campaign strategies, run integrated campaigns across various channels, optimize targeting and budget allocation, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has a track record of generating mid-market and enterprise demand, expertise in performance marketing and lead lifecycle optimization, and experience with marketing automation and lead management tools. Responsibilities
- Set goals, manage program budgets, measure and report on pipeline targets
- Grow pipeline for mid-market and enterprise segments, including testing account-based marketing motions
- Develop campaign strategies and roadmaps to achieve quarterly pipeline goals
- Run integrated campaigns across display, email, social, events, webinars, ABM, and content syndication channels
- Optimize targeting, creative, media, and budget allocation to maximize effectiveness and ROI
- Nurture the database through email campaigns, priming prospects for sales readiness
- Collaborate with SDRs and Account Executives on campaign strategy, lead management, and marketing sales feedback loops
- Test and iterate on the web to optimize conversion rates
- Manage performance marketing contractors and agencies to grow top of funnel demand across paid media channels
Requirements
- 5+ years of generating mid-market and enterprise demand for B2B; experience in HR technology is ideal
- Expertise with both performance marketing channels and lead lifecycle optimization
- Track record of hitting aggressive pipeline targets; you’re analytical and results-driven in your approach
- Experience with core marketing automation and lead management tools like Hubspot, Marketo, Salesforce, Demandbase, LeanData, Qualified and 6sense
- Experience building close partnership with Sales teammates, and collaborating across teams
