The position involves the operation of all equipment necessary for food preparation and delivery. Employees will be responsible for stocking and rotating ingredients from delivery to storage, as well as preparing products for customer orders. This includes receiving and processing telephone and internet orders, counting inventory, and completing necessary paperwork. Cleaning equipment and maintaining the facility is also a key part of the job. On-the-job training will cover customer service orientation, an interactive computer program, and hands-on practice to ensure employees are well-prepared for their roles.
