About The Position

The Dealer - Part Time Table Games position involves dealing assigned table games in accordance with regulatory and company guidelines while providing exceptional guest service. The role requires proficiency in handling game transactions, maintaining a safe and professional environment, and supporting the Hard Rock culture.

Requirements

• Must currently hold or be able to obtain a NJ Casino Employee Registration license through the NJ Division of Gaming Enforcement.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of table games experience preferred.
• Knowledge of at least three core games, including Blackjack, and other games such as Pai Gow Poker, Craps, Roulette, and Baccarat.
• Knowledge of table games math, procedures, game protection, regulations, and training requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanically dealing of assigned games proficiently according to company policies and gaming regulations.
• Handle guest transactions and notify Table Games Supervisor of any irregularities or disputes.
• Exchange currency for gaming chips and manage bets accurately according to house rules.
• Deal accurately and at a pace defined by the supervisor or guests at the table.
• Handle mid-level math problems and manage large amounts of cash and chips.
• Maintain composure in high-pressure situations with guests.
• Follow department and company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Deliver guest service that promotes satisfaction and encourages return play.
• Maintain a safe, professional, and friendly work environment.
• Resolve guest concerns amicably and report unresolved issues to supervisors.
• Assist with cleanliness of the casino property, both front and back of house.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
