About The Position

The Senior Consultant in Data Analytics & Visualization at EY focuses on delivering innovative solutions to clients in the Life Sciences sector. Requirements

• A bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Operations Research, Math, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field with approximately three years of related work experience; or a graduate degree in the same and approximately two years of related work experience.
• A minimum of two years' experience providing consulting services with a strategic focus on data visualization.
• Two years' programming experience in at least two of the following: R, Python, SQL, with a strong emphasis on data visualization tools.
• Strong Life Sciences Functional and Technical experience, with a focus on data visualization.
• Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Business Data Analyst with a strong portfolio in data visualization.

Nice To Haves

• Cloud Big Data skills, such as Azure, AWS, Snowflake.
• Experience with data and systems architecture (APIs, messaging, etc.).
• Experience with master data management and data governance.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualizing, developing, and optimizing data visualization solutions for clients.
• Assisting multiple client engagement teams in advanced analytics and data visualization.
• Providing unique business perspectives on data visualization's impact on organizations.
• Developing and implementing data collection systems to optimize statistical efficiency and data quality.
• Interpreting data and analyzing results using statistical techniques, providing ongoing visual reports.
• Identifying and interpreting trends or patterns in complex data sets through visual means.
• Working with management to prioritize business and informational needs through data visualization.
• Developing models to support decision-making in specified functional areas and defining metrics through visual insights.
• Providing statistical expertise and guidance to Life Science teams through visual storytelling.
