Requirements

• An Advanced or equivalent Degree in Computer Science, Applied Math, Physics, Engineering, Statistics, Economics, or related discipline.
• 4+ years of industry or equivalent experience in Data Science and Analytics.
• 4+ years of experience using big data query/processing languages such as SQL, Hive, or Spark to transform/manipulate extensive datasets.
• 2+ years of experience in designing experiments, ideally with exposure to causal inference methodologies.
• 2+ years of experience in one or more scripting languages such as Python or R.
• Experience using data results and data storytelling to influence product teams and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute on product strategies in service of Roblox Communities growth.
• Design experiment and quasi-experimental measurement plans to evaluate Community products.
• Create and own opportunity sizing models, 2025 metric targets, data tools and dashboards.
• Partner closely with product and engineering teams to identify new product opportunities.
• Communicate insights and discuss recommendations with cross function partners translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights.
