About the position
As a Data & Insights Product Manager at Via, you will be responsible for driving the vision and execution of our data products. Your role will involve leveraging massive amounts of data to empower our partners and teams, as well as building data-driven products for our partners. You will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our partner analytics products, ensuring successful delivery and adoption. Additionally, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and develop a product roadmap aligned with Via's overall vision and goals.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of partner analytics products, from requirement collection to rollout planning
- Ensure successful delivery and adoption of the product
- Be an expert on core products and accompanying data, understanding how, where, and when data is generated and what insights it can provide to partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, infrastructure needs, and technical specifications for analytics products
- Develop a product roadmap and strategy for partner analytics products, aligning it with the company's overall vision and goals
- Establish data principles, policies, and processes to be used across the company
- Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Data Product Manager
- Demonstrated experience in product lifecycle management, from ideation to launch, with a track record of successfully delivering data-driven products
- Familiarity with cutting-edge technology, database, and information systems technologies
- Experience in data visualization, information design, and using BI front-end tools (Tableau / PowerBI / Looker) for building dashboards and reports
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset, able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Customer-oriented mindset and solid UI/UX instincts
- B.Sc. in Information Systems Engineering or equivalent.
