About The Position
Accenture LLP has multiple openings for the position of Data Engineering Associate Manager in Chicago, IL. The job duties include supervising a team on requirements gathering into design specifications and documenting technical specifications for development. The role involves performing Application Effectiveness analysis and discussing outcomes along with a cloud-native solution approach for implementation by the team. The Associate Manager will evaluate client goals on System Enhancements, Sunset Applications, Redesign Approach, and New Application. Additionally, the position requires conducting project risk and issue management, including status reporting, issue reporting, and ETC/budget reporting for assigned scope of work, and making decisions that impact the team through regular consultation with senior management. The role also involves working across the Data Engineering Service Delivery Lifecycle and maintaining applications to defined SLAs, managing project execution, and being responsible for all project deliverables adhering to schedule and budget. The Associate Manager will create project plans, manage staffing, planning, work allocation, and cost management, as well as client relationship and stakeholder management, while adhering to the strategic direction set by Account team senior management.
