About The Position

The Defensive Electronic Warfare (EW) Systems Engineering Division is seeking a Systems Engineer or Project Engineer to support various efforts including radar warning, electro-optics, missile warning, and electronic countermeasure systems. The role involves articulating approaches to solve technical and programmatic issues with EW systems at NAVAIR Weapons Division, Point Mugu. Major responsibilities include identifying system requirements, designing and developing EW systems, and evaluating and analyzing system performance to ensure that the proposed implementation aligns with fleet-required critical capabilities. The individual will act as an intermediary between Integrated Product Team (IPT) members and the operational user perspective, providing feedback on software development, engineering efforts, and acquisition life cycle milestones and events.

Requirements

• Experience in ELINT and electronic warfare.
• Active DoD Clearance (Secret, Top Secret, Top Secret/SCI) or ability to obtain one.
• U.S. Citizenship is required.
