About The Position

At Concentra, we serve more than 500 medical centers and 130 onsite clinics nationwide. Our mission is to provide outstanding patient experience by delivering the highest quality healthcare in an efficient, affordable, and caring manner. The Customer Success Specialist I plays a crucial role in supporting Concentra's Operations, Sales, and Billing teams with existing account maintenance and management, as well as the removal of suspense transactions and revenue in our proprietary database while ensuring data integrity.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Some college courses in Business Administration or in a related field from an accredited college/university, preferred
  • At least six or more months of experience performing data entry in multiple systems/applications simultaneously
  • Ability to make decisions or solve problems by using logic to identify key facts, explore alternatives, and propose quality solutions
  • Comfortable with using technology and able to learn new systems/applications
  • Skilled at multitasking in multiple systems/applications simultaneously
  • Ability to properly handle sensitive and confidential information (including HIPAA and PHI) in accordance with federal and state laws and company policies
  • Effective ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently when required
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills; ability to read, write, and speak professionally
  • Comfortable in a high-demand environment
  • Ability to retain and apply new information quickly

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily completion of update cases for existing accounts and removal of suspense, while meeting production requirements and ensuring data quality
  • Input data into closed loop proprietary database system
  • Validate data for accuracy to ensure the highest level of data integrity and reject submissions if data is incorrect
  • Identify missing data points; research and locate necessary information to ensure a complete and accurate entry
  • Review and process account updates per state specific guidelines and data requirements within defined standard operating procedures
  • Initiate email validation process with customers for account verification in compliance with Concentra's account set-up requirements
  • Build internal relationships with Operations, Sales and Billing departments
  • Coordinate with Information Systems on all technical issues which cannot be resolved with internal troubleshooting process
