About the position
This role is for a client-facing position in the TV media industry. The ideal candidate should have experience in media, specifically TV media, and be comfortable collaborating with clients and internal teams. They should possess strong communication skills, be highly organized and detail-oriented, and have a knack for problem-solving and data analysis. The role involves working on assigned client accounts, resolving client inquiries, conducting client demos and trainings, and delivering client reports. Proficiency in various tools, such as Atlassian Suite, CRM Tools, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite, is required. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred, along with 1-3 years of advertising or marketing experience in TV media. The target cash compensation range for this role is $77,000-95,000 USD annually.
Responsibilities
- Interpret, respond to and resolve client inquiries and problems efficiently and accurately
- Lead client dashboard demos and trainings
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc client deliverables
- Build and maintain client trackers and log client meeting notes
- Set up access for new users, manage client contact lists and track client usage
- Create JIRA tickets and track status of outstanding tickets
- Demonstrate initiative in taking on new tasks, creating new processes and bringing new ideas to the table
- Interface with client team(s) via Zoom and in person as applicable
- Collaborate across the organization, including with Custom Analytics, Product Integrations, etc., as a client advocate to ensure timely delivery on requests
- Exhibit a passion and energy for storytelling based on data insights and genuine interest in TV media measurement
Requirements
- Work experience in media, specifically TV media, in a client-facing role
- Proactive communicator, both written and verbal
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Critical thinker with inductive and deductive reasoning skills
- Analytical storyteller with strong numerical reasoning and data interpretation skills
- Problem solver with the ability to analyze data and create actionable insights
- Naturally curious and passionate about learning and improvement
- Ability to interpret, respond to, and resolve client inquiries and problems efficiently
- Experience leading client dashboard demos and trainings
- Proficiency in preparing client deliverables on a weekly, monthly, and ad hoc basis
- Ability to build and maintain client trackers and log meeting notes
- Familiarity with setting up access for new users and managing client contact lists
- Experience creating JIRA tickets and tracking their status
- Initiative to take on new tasks, create new processes, and bring new ideas
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with various teams
- Passion and energy for storytelling based on data insights and TV media measurement
- Proficiency in using Atlassian Suite (Confluence, JIRA, Slack), CRM Tools (Salesforce, Highspot), Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite (with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint), and Chorus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years of advertising, marketing, research experience in TV media preferred
- Preferred location in Chicago, New York, or Los Angeles, but remote candidates will be considered
- Target cash compensation range: $77,000-95,000 USD Annually
