About the position
This role is for a client-facing position at iSpot.tv, a technology company that measures the impact of video advertising. The successful candidate will work with a dedicated team to handle client accounts, resolve customer issues, and provide data insights and deliverables. Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills are required, along with a passion for storytelling based on data insights. Proficiency in various tools, such as the Atlassian Suite, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite, is also necessary. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred, along with 1-3 years of relevant experience. The target cash compensation range for this role is $67,000-70,000 USD annually.
Responsibilities
- Partner with broader team to handle customer requests and ensure prompt resolution
- Collaborate with various teams to advocate for customers and ensure resolution and delivery on requests
- Extract data insights from the iSpot/Ace platform and generate unique insights for customers
- Prepare client deliverables on a weekly, monthly, and ad hoc basis
- Interpret, respond to, and resolve customer inquiries and problems effectively and accurately
- Support team requests for presentation and training documentation
- Upload client creatives for testing
- Manage JIRA ticketing for various projects
- Interface with client teams and agencies as applicable
- Assist with account setup, user setup, and annual user audit
- Conduct data analysis for QBRs and larger reporting/analysis
- Assist with billing routing as needed
- Maintain Gainsight and Salesforce for assigned accounts
- Schedule large meetings with client/agency teams
- Utilize Atlassian Suite (Confluence, JIRA, Slack), CRM Tools (Salesforce/Gainsight, Highspot), Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and Chorus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of market research, marketing, advertising, or related experience preferred
- Knowledge of market research principles preferred but not required
- Los Angeles area preferred, but remote candidates will be considered
- Target cash compensation range: $67,000-70,000 USD Annually
