About the position
This role is with iSpot.tv, a technology company that measures the impact of video advertising across TV and digital. They are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to work with a dedicated team on client accounts, providing maintenance and support. The successful candidate will collaborate with various stakeholders, extract data insights, and generate compelling insights for customers. They will also be responsible for preparing client deliverables and providing support for various projects. The role requires proficiency in tools such as Atlassian Suite, CRM Tools, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office Suite. A bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred, along with 1-3 years of market research or related experience. The target cash compensation range for this role is $67,000-70,000 USD annually.
Responsibilities
- Partner with broader team to handle customer requests and resolve issues promptly and thoroughly
- Collaborate with Data Science, Custom Analytics, Product, and Sales teams as a customer advocate to ensure resolution and delivery on requests
- Extract data insights from the iSpot/Ace platform and generate unique and compelling insights for customers
- Exhibit a passion and energy for storytelling based on data insights and genuine interest in TV media attribution and optimization
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad hoc client deliverables
- Utilize appropriate resource materials to interpret, respond to, and resolve customer inquiries and problems effectively and accurately
- Support team requests for presentation and training documentation for client needs
- Work with operations to upload client creatives for testing
- Manage JIRA ticketing for various projects
- Interface with client team(s) and agency as applicable
- Assist with account setup, user setup, and annual user audit
- Perform data analysis for QBRs and larger reporting/analysis
- Handle billing routing as needed
- Maintain Gainsight and Salesforce per assigned account
- Assist with scheduling large meetings with client/agency teams
- Utilize Atlassian Suite (Confluence, JIRA, and Slack), CRM Tools (Salesforce/Gainsight and Highspot), Google Suite, Microsoft Office Suite (with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint), and Chorus
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- 1-3 years of market research, marketing, advertising, or related experience preferred
- Knowledge of market research principles preferred but not required
- Los Angeles area preferred, but remote candidates will be considered
- Target cash compensation range: $67,000-70,000 USD Annually
