About The Position

The Global Customer Success Manager for Enterprise Software at Schneider Electric is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and success throughout their digitalization journey. This role focuses on building strong relationships with top customers, providing best-in-class services, and driving product adoption to achieve business objectives. The manager will oversee contract renewals, expansions, and minimize churn risks while nurturing a community of practice for Customer Success Management (CSM).

Requirements

  • 5+ years of post-graduate experience with Customer Success, Customer Advocacy, and Engagement in pre-/post-sale and professional service functions.
  • Solid knowledge of Enterprise Software, SaaS business, IoT, and/or Cloud solutions with a proven record of onboarding and supporting customers.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Self-starter with a dynamic and entrepreneurial mindset, effective in a multi-national and cross-functional environment.

  • University education in IT, Engineering, and/or Business.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Point of Accountability for assigned top customers of Schneider Electric's Enterprise Software business.
  • Advise and develop client vision and roadmap of success with a strong focus on onboarding, user training, product adoption, and technical support.
  • Manage contract renewal, expansion/extension, and limit churn risks with existing customers through Success Planning and Customer Engagement.
  • Nurture and grow Customer Success best practices with key country organizations by building a global community of practice on CSM.
  • Act as a Customer Ambassador to facilitate positive feedback loops and continuous improvements within Schneider Electric and across the partner ecosystem.
