About the position

As a Customer Success Manager at Noggin, you will be responsible for owning and driving the customer journey for a portfolio of clients. Your main goal will be to ensure a high level of satisfaction, engagement, and utilization of Noggin's market-leading SaaS platform. With your experience in service delivery management or client relationship management within the SaaS space, you will be able to bring internal stakeholders together to resolve issues and deliver exceptional customer experiences. Your role as a trusted advisor will involve building strong long-term relationships with customers and acting as a true Noggin ambassador.

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the customer journey for a portfolio of clients
  • Ensure a high level of satisfaction, engagement, and utilization of the platform
  • Manage customer portfolios and implement complex software solutions
  • Get hands-on with the product and demonstrate it in an engaging and articulate manner
  • Resolve issues by bringing internal stakeholders together
  • Understand customer requirements and ensure successful delivery of services
  • Retain and grow customer relationships
  • Act as a trusted advisor and build strong long-term relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Serve as a Noggin ambassador

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification
  • Experience in service delivery management or client relationship management within the SaaS space
  • Experience in managing customer portfolios or working with complex software solutions
  • Tech-savvy and able to demo products in an engaging and articulate manner
  • Passionate about delivering outcomes for customers
  • Ability to bring internal stakeholders together to resolve issues quickly
  • Strong understanding of customer requirements
  • Ability to ensure successful delivery of services and customer retention
  • Exceptional customer experience and ambassadorship skills
  • Ability to build strong long-term relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
