About The Position

The Customer Service Representative at The UPS Store in San Diego, CA, is responsible for providing exceptional customer service in a retail environment. This role involves processing and shipping packages, assisting with copy and print services, and sorting mail. The ideal candidate will be confident, able to multitask, and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner. Both part-time and full-time positions are available immediately, and candidates must be willing to work weekends and holidays.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of customer service experience (preferred)
  • Ability to pass a criminal background check

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer inquiries
