About The Position

Brock Supply is seeking customer-focused individuals to join their small Customer Service team. As an auto parts distributor, the role involves assisting customers with returns, refunds, and account issues, ensuring a positive experience through various communication channels including phone, email, and occasional fax.

Requirements

  • Patience and grace to stay steady and focused in stressful situations while resolving issues effectively.
  • Empathy and helpfulness to understand the customer's situation and be an ally.
  • Positive, courteous phone presence and tone.
  • Strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
  • Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM without spelling or grammatical issues.
  • Familiarity with business software such as Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Help customers resolve issues.
  • Maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Address large volumes of emails and phone calls efficiently and effectively.
  • Process returns, requests, orders, and other tasks according to defined procedures.
